Eligibility Requirements

VIE Contract, available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28., candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Must Have

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field., Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and familiarity with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) is a plus., additional North European languages are an asset.

What You'll Do.

Develops Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)-specific marketing materials

promotional campaigns

and digital projects in collaboration with local country teams and external agencies.

Plans and executes omnichannel marketing activities and RSV customer journeys in close collaboration with North Europe RSV Brand Lead.

Maps and analyzes the RSV patient journey across key populations (infants

immunocompromised) to identify gaps in awareness

and prevention uptake.

Contributes to the design of RSV educational initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCP)

including congress materials

and scientific symposia aligned with RSV season.

Supports the design and deployment of RSV digital marketing initiatives

including email campaigns

and RSV season awareness activations.

Contributes to the development of RSV digital customer journeys across multiple touchpoints (HCP portals

RSV season reminder tools).

Supports the Belgian team in extending E‑commerce capabilities for pharmacies

contributing to the deployment of digital tools and platforms aligned with the reinforced Go‑to‑Market approach for seasonal vaccines

including pre‑sales activation.
