Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Co‑lead and manage product categories, including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go‑to‑market execution. * Define and execute cross‑category campaigns (e.g., national promotions), ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives. * Analyze market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) to identify consumer insights, market trends, and product performance, supporting effective product positioning. * Develop and manage POS materials and in‑store activations, collaborating with external suppliers and creative/design agencies. * Work closely with external stakeholders (retailers, agencies, consumers) to support and execute marketing initiatives. * Support Marketing Managers in managing the product portfolio lifecycle, including launches, performance tracking, and growth initiatives. * Partner with Key Account Managers to deliver tailored customer activities and support commercial execution. * Contribute to cross‑functional projects (Digital, Media, NPD), collaborating with local and international teams. # Qualifications: * 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or similar roles within FMCG or consumer‑driven environments. * Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with tools such as Nielsen or Circana is a plus. * Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and commercial dynamics. * Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); Fluent in Portogues, Spanish is a plus The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
