The Junior Logistics Analyst supports the transportation team by assisting with the day‑to‑day execution, data management, and reporting of rail logistics activities serving LDC’s processing plants, terminals, and trading desks. This role provides foundational support across shipment tracking, railcar billing, rate data maintenance, and performance reporting, helping ensure accurate information flow and timely execution. The position is designed to develop core logistics, rail, and commercial knowledge while supporting continuous improvement, data quality, and operational discipline across transportation operations. Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions * Support day‑to‑day transportation execution by assisting with railcar tracking, shipment status updates, and coordination activities in support of plants, terminals, and trading desks. * Maintain transportation data accuracy and integrity, including shipment records, rate data, billing information, and performance metrics used by the transportation team. * Assist with transportation reporting and analytics, supporting KPI tracking, performance summaries, and ad‑hoc analysis to improve visibility and decision‑making. * Provide foundational operational support to the transportation team, enabling timely execution, consistent processes, and effective information flow across stakeholders.
