What You'll Do.
Principal Contact for day-to-day contractual reviews
and drafting of commercial agreements and documents related to commercial.
Using standard contract templates to prepare/agree to other agreements (e. g.
Service Terms and Conditions
consultancy and agency
and reseller agreement)
Checking terms of standard agreements against Company policy and terms of standard forms.
Amendments to/extension of existing agreements.
Management of renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
Presentation of legal issues to management together with analysis
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
provide legal support to commercial team across various Evolution entities; form part of the global legal team; cooperate with different teams
