We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support. The scope of responsibilities will include: * Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems * Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification * Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.) * Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.) * Responsibility for documentation of system problems and resolutions * Assistance with providing basic IT training to PSI staff Please upload your CV in English ## Qualifications * College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field * At least 1+ years of experience in IT * Full working proficiency in English * Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plus * Related experience in systems and network administration * Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes * Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment * Advanced communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills ## Additional Information We offer: * Excellent and flexible working conditions * Extensive training and friendly, collegial team * Competitive salary and
