Purpose We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for employees while leveraging a background in software development to assist with automation, scripting, and troubleshooting business applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both end-user support and solving technical problems through code. Job Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS systems. Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot creative workflows with specific creative tools ie Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, C4D etc. Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles. Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management. Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks. Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on internal tools and integrations. Monitor system health and escalate complex issues when necessary. Required 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
