Du überzeugst nicht nur im Tagesgeschäft, sondern gestaltest unsere IT-Infrastruktur aktiv mit und steuerst Projekte eigenverantwortlich. * Unterstützung bei der Administration der Microsoft-365-Umgebung * Pflege von Benutzern, Gruppen, Policies und Lizenzen * Unterstützung im Bereich Exchange Online, z. B. Mail-Management * Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung und Absicherung von Endgeräten über Sophos MDM, und App-Deployment * Support für mobile Endgeräte, einschließlich Einrichtung, Fehleranalyse und Anwenderunterstützung * Mitarbeit im Bereich IMAC-Services, Hardware-Austausch und Hardware-Lifecycle * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen Mitarbeit bei Migrationen, Rollouts und Infrastruktur-Updates * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen ## Qualifications * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration in einer Microsoft-geprägten Umgebung * Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online und Microsoft Intune * Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, z.
