Must Have
Provide first and second-level technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and basic network issues., Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and standard business applications., Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, peripherals, and software., Support user account management, including onboarding and offboarding activities., Assist with system updates, patches, and basic maintenance tasks., Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the IT knowledge base., Provide basic training and guidance to end users on IT tools and best practices., Collaborate with other IT team members on local and global IT initiatives., Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the manager., Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications., Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)., Willingness to learn troubleshooting methodologies and IT support best practices., Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or similar entry-level role is preferred., Familiarity with Windows and/or basic Linux knowledge is a plus., Basic knowledge of virtualization or cloud environments is a plus., Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft fundamentals, or similar) are a plus., Technical degree, vocational training, or studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) are desirable., interest in cinema/film
