What you’ll do: Act as a first point of contact for basic technical questions and daily IT issues 1st level support through a JIRA helpdesk environment Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows 10 / 11, macOS, and Android Support internal international support experience is an advantage Interest in IT asset management and learning how to manage hardware inventory and device lifecycle processes Basic exposure to or willingness to learn MDM tools A process-oriented mindset and a willingness to work with standardized procedures (ITIL knowledge is a plus, certification is not required) Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to support users You bring Strong motivation to learn and develop in a highly dynamic environment Good organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on and proactive attitude Ability to work independently while also following guidance, documentation, and best practices Working proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus
