Support operations and lifecycle activities for: PAM and PIM platforms
Identity & Access Management systems
Resource Directory and related directory services
including firewall policies for VPN and partner connectivity.
Assist in troubleshooting
and change implementation across the service scope.
Contribute to harmonization
and cost optimization initiatives.
Participate in service transformation activities and support modernization projects.
