We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Engineer to join our Infrastructure team, focusing on Access, Identities, and Resources. In this role, you will support and further develop key enterprise services, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Resource Directory Services, and Access Services such as VPN firewall access and external partner connectivity. This position is ideal for individuals with initial technical experience who are eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility in a highly collaborative environment. * Support operations and lifecycle activities for: * PAM and PIM platforms * Identity & Access Management systems * Resource Directory and related directory services * Access services, including firewall policies for VPN and partner connectivity * Assist in troubleshooting, incident handling, and change implementation across the service scope. * Contribute to harmonization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization initiatives
