Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst (m/f) to join our internal team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will work on projects within the Luxembourg Customs domain, supporting a solution that is already in production. A key aspect of the position involves ensuring the ongoing maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the production environment. You will collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions. THE WORK: * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. * Act as a liaison between business users and development teams. * Support the analysis and improvement of business processes. * Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and project documentation. * Participate in workshops, testing activities, and solution validation. * Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and project managers in an Agile environment. * Contribute to corrective and evolutive maintenance activities, including impact analysis, bug investigation, and change request documentation.
