Experience supporting AV systems, IT infrastructure experience, Endpoint remote management background, Troubleshoot remote collaboration tools, Knowledge of AV/IT technologies, Basic understanding of Network Topology, Assemble, configure, troubleshoot PCs, Assemble, configure, troubleshoot AV equipment, Solid understanding of basic hardware, Solid understanding of basic systems, Basic knowledge of device enrolment, Basic knowledge of device configuration, Basic knowledge of device management, Support secure endpoint deployment, Support secure endpoint maintenance, Experience supporting Teams-based collaboration, Experience supporting voice setup, Experience supporting meeting room systems, Experience supporting conferencing tools, Troubleshoot call connectivity issues, Security-conscious mindset, UK National status, Eligibility for SC clearance, Ability to work flexibly, Provide cover across shift patterns

Nice to Have

Microsoft Intune experience, SC-level security clearance

What You'll Do.

Maintain vigilance with Proactive Monitoring Platforms

Test specified equipment

Communicate with end users

Assist with diagnosing issues

Assist with repairing issues

Manage support tickets

Prioritise support tickets

Coordinate field engineers

Schedule field engineers

Provide remote support

Provide logistical support

Ensure room records accurate

Ensure equipment records accurate

Update serial numbers

Update asset information

Analyse recurring faults

Collect diagnostic logs

Support technical escalations

Manage password resets

Work collaboratively with providers

Support service delivery

Support issue resolution

Support high-priority incidents
