Must Have
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, DTC eCommerce, or another role with heavy operational coordination, Demonstrated operational discipline — you hit deadlines, you don't drop balls, and you live in spreadsheets without complaining, Working familiarity with direct-response concepts (CPA, ROAS, tracking links) — or clear evidence you can pick them up quickly, Highly organized and able to manage many small moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment, A genuine interest in creator content — you actually watch Instagram and TikTok and have opinions on what's working, Eagerness to learn from a more experienced operator and grow into a full Coordinator-level seat over 12–24 month

What You'll Do.
Support Influencer Marketing in building
and scaling Shameless Snacks' high-performance creator program
Own the day-to-day execution that keeps a busy creator roster running on Instagram
Help own the creator pipeline alongside your manager — supporting outreach and negotiation
coordinating shipments and tracking links
and pulling weekly performance numbers
Coordinate influencer posts end-to-end — managing product shipments
creating and sharing tracking links
scheduling post dates
processing creator payments
and ensuring smooth execution of all campaign deliverables
Identify and surface vetted influencer candidates on Instagram
and YouTube who align with Shameless Snacks' brand values and target audience for your manager's review and approval
Draft and send creator outreach using approved templates
and route responses to your manager for next steps
Support negotiation and contracting — sending contracts
confirming usage rights and deliverables
and maintaining clean records on every deal
Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end
including drafting briefs from your manager's strategy notes
Pull individual creator performance data (CTR
build weekly throughput reports for your manager's review
and flag underperformers early so the team can act fast
Maintain the creator roster master sheet with 100% accuracy — every creator's status
Process creator payments on the agreed cadence
coordinate with finance
and follow up on any failed or delayed payouts
Work closely with growth
