Previous experience within the HVACR industry with a special focus on chillers/heatpumps applications, experience in energy analysis and pay-back times, Sales experience within the chiller/heatpump industrial market and a proven track record, Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience, High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities, communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment, Excellency in verbal and written communication skills

Deals directly with major customers within the assigned area
Develops long-term customer relationships with contractors
consulting engineers and end-users
Understands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and services
Seeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned area
Partners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation
influencing on specifications (end-users

Keeps up to date with products and competitors
Reports sales figures
Grows and updates regularly the pipeline
Find new markets/industrial sectors for industrial heatpumps to boost decarbonisation
