This role is key to driving product availability, optimizing service levels, and supporting operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration. Planning & Execution * Plan and schedule demand, supply, and inventory for the distribution hub * Manage backlog in line with sales priorities, customer commitments, and the S&OP plan * Execute replenishment based on forecast, safety stock, and inventory targets * Ensure accuracy of planning parameters and master data in SAP Alignment & Customer Service * Perform daily alignment with production sites regarding volumes, priorities, and constraints * Coordinate regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery reliability and capacity alignment * Ensure product availability to meet target customer service levels * Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock levels to mitigate service risks Optimization, Projects & Reporting * Optimize material flow, inventory levels, and network decisions (e.g., plant allocation, transport) * Support global supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects * Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (service level, invent
