What They're Looking For.

Must Have

First professional experience (typically 1–3 years) in an operational & administrational HR role, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field, Fluent in Dutch, French and English, Administrative and Organisational skills, Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (WD, ), Curiosity, High attention to detail, Data Accuracy

Nice to Have

Knowledge of local employment law is a plus

What You'll Do.

Update and review employee information using Human resource information systems and databases

Day to day administration support with Time & Absence

Complete pre-boarding admin including contracts

benefit onboarding and introduction to most relevant employee systems and processes

Provide reminder of forthcoming probationary reviews to managers

Create and share contracts for internal recruitment

international transfers and other variations such as change in hours or role

Complete off-boarding admin for leavers throughout all systems

benefits portals and payroll tracker

Collaborate with Payroll and ensure payroll amendments are communicated within the HRIS

Operate within Company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and consistency in delivery across the business when responding to policy and benefit queries

Communicate with external third parties if required

Answer general HR queries in a timely and consistent manner and direct to appropriate team/HRBP if applicable
