2+ years’ experience in graphic design, digital design, creative production, or similar support roles, Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms, Basic understanding of digital advertising formats and ability to produce brand-aligned, static creative outputs, attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions, manage repetitive tasks, and apply minor edits accurately and consistently, Good design fundamentals (layout, typography, formatting), organization and time management skills

Full Job Description
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and process-driven designer who enjoys working with AI tools, templates, and structured workflows to deliver consistent, brand-aligned digital advertising assets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, support campaign execution, and contribute to performance-driven creative output while developing your skills in modern, AI-assisted design environments. * Create high-volume static digital advertising assets using AI design platforms, automation tools, and structured creative workflows. * Apply minor graphic edits, including refinements, resizing, and layout adjustments to AI-generated outputs. * Follow prompts, templates, brand guidelines, and predefined instructions to ensure consistent, brand-aligned creatives. * Prepare and format assets for digital advertising channels, ensuring correct sizing, formatting, and campaign alignment. * Support the production of multiple creative variations for ad testing, campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives. * Review outputs for accuracy, visual consistency, and attention to detail, and implement revisions based on feedback efficiently. * Organize design files and collaborate with stakeholders while working within structured processes, deadlines, and repetitive workflows; stay open to learning new AI tools and methods. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred) * At least 2+ years’ experience in graphic design, digital design, creative production, or similar support roles * Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms * Exposure to AI design tools, prompt-based workflows, or automation platforms, or willingness to quickly learn * Basic understanding of digital advertising formats and ability to produce brand-aligned, static creative outputs * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured ins
