Must Have

1+ year of experience as a graphic designer, Strong sense of composition, typography, hierarchy, and color, Experience creating visuals for content (blogs, longreads, landing pages) and social media, Understanding of digital formats: sizes, safe zones, adaptation for different platforms, Ability to work with text: highlight key messages, structure content visually, Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly, Independence in tasks from idea to final file, Ability to work with AI tools for generating images and video, Basic understanding of printing (bleeds, CMYK, cut lines)

Experience with motion animation
