2+ years of experience with Python programming and backend development, Understanding of REST APIs and backend service development, Basic understanding of LLMs, tokens, context windows, and hallucination, Foundational knowledge of embeddings and vector search, Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks, Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs, Experience with OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS, Understanding of RAG evaluation metrics such as faithfulness and relevance, Awareness of prompt injection risks and basic security practices

We are seeking a Junior GenAI Developer to support the design, development, and operation of production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), internal knowledge platforms, and AI-driven automation use cases. This is not a prompt-writing role; it is a hands-on engineering position focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems.
