Must Have
Completed IT degree with very good grades (Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics or similar) or vocational training as Fachinformatiker (m/f/d), Good knowledge in software development with modern programming languages like C#, Java, PHP, Python or Go, First experience in developing web applications or mobile apps, Understanding of relational and distributed database systems as well as search and analytics platforms (e.g., MySQL, Elasticsearch and ClickHouse), Willingness to develop modern frontends with React and TypeScript, First contact with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and interest in using them meaningfully in the development process, Self-initiative and motivation to advance the product, the team and personal development, Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2)
