Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, audit, or related finance function, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formula auditing, large dataset handling), Proficiency in PowerPoint, particularly for executive-level reporting, Solid understanding of P&L mechanics, trial balances, and basic accounting principles, High attention to detail and ownership over data accuracy, Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines across several entities simultaneously, Written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional follow-ups
Nice to Have
Experience with VENA (FP&A tool), Exposure to multi-entity reporting environments, Experience supporting forecasting or budgeting cycles, Background in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries
What You'll Do.
Ensure trial balances are received on track deadlines
Follow up with entity teams on outstanding submissions
Update entity-level P&Ls and validate numbers for completeness
Prepare preliminary variance analyses (vs Budget
Support manager’s commentary and bridges
Support month-end P&L clean-ups and reconciliations
Roll over forecast files at the start of
Prepare templates for distribution
Distribute forecast templates to construction entities
Collect forecast inputs within deadlines
Integrate entity-level forecast inputs into consolidated P&Ls
Maintain recurring trackers (Backlog
Prepare summarized results reports for senior review
Assemble draft MBR slides
Ensure consistent formatting
Incorporate feedback from Pre-MBR review sessions
Coordinate scheduling of Pre-MBR sessions
Maintain organized file structures
Support continuous improvement of templates
Support annual budget cycle by coordinating data collection
Distribute standardized budget templates
Track submission follow up for timely and complete
Validate budget data prior to senior review
Support upload of approved budget figures into financial
Support assembling and formatting budget presentation decks
