Must Have
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/ or Accounting, Proficient in English, Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSCPO or Controlling, General Accounting Knowledge, Cost Management/ budgeting/controlling skills, Highly developed communication skills, Basics of public speaking
Nice to Have
Tagetik knowledge as a plus, SAP knowledge as a plus

Support finance teams in budgeting
Support finance teams in closing
Support finance teams in forecasting
Handle confidential financial data
Ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist with budgeting
Assist with forecast preparation
Ensure proper execution of control frameworks
Support various business case calculations
Month-end closing processes
US GAAP financial reporting
Prepare reports for financial analysis
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Monitor business performance
Participate in FP&A projects
Share knowledge with peers
Load information to Tagetik
Audit US GAAP financials
Audit statutory accounts
Prepare reports for respective countries
Gather data for forecast/budget areas
Consolidate data for forecast/budget areas
Report data for forecast/budget areas
Develop best practices for managing information
Maintain best practices for managing information
Propose action plans for cost reduction
Monitor business performance against budget
Monitor business performance against forecast
Ensure proper communication of variances
