The team: Within our Finance function in Geneva, we are seeking a Junior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) for a fixed-term contract of 8 months to enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities. Reporting to FP&A team lead, you will be a strategic addition to our team, supporting the hyper-growth of Proton by providing critical financial insights and analysis. You will contribute in driving the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial data is available to inform strategic decision-making. The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain robust financial models, perform variance analysis, and support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, possess advanced Excel skills, and have some experience with Pigment.
