What You'll Do.
and validate financial data
Ensure data integrity and follow up
Extract and validate data from NetSuite
and maintain projects
Monitor project status
Support tax credit and outsourcing processes
Prepare tax credit applications
Assist in preparing financial reports
Participate in department meetings
Track animated IP projects
Collaborate with Finance
Prioritize tasks based on deadlines
Handle financial information with confidentiality
Contribute to process improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, Production, and department teams; Daily collaboration with teams located outside Quebec; Communicate regularly with international external partners
Communication Scope
Proficiency in French and English; English communication skills essential; Professional communication with producers
Process & Methodology
Project tracking, Budget monitoring, Payment schedules
