Must Have

B. S. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, Relevant military technical school experience will be highly considered in lieu of a degree, Entry to early-career (0–3 years), desire to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment, Basic understanding of working on static-sensitive equipment in ESD-controlled environments, Familiarity with basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, subnets, and hardware configuration, computer skills and the ability to quickly learn specialized software and OS environments, Clear oral and written communication skills with the ability to document technical processes accurately, A “can-do” attitude with a desire to learn new technologies and follow guidance from senior mentors, Must be willing and able to travel frequently to support customer requirements, Commitment to safe working practices and following established risk assessment protocols, Must be a U. S. Person (U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Nice to Have

Fundamental understanding of RF concepts (frequency, power, spectrum analysis), Basic familiarity with test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers and multimeters, Interest in or prior experience with DoD, Government, or defense contracting environments, Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or TS clearance, An active clearance is a plus, Personal projects involving SDRs (Software Defined Radios), amateur radio, or electronics

What You'll Do.

Provide local assistance to senior Field Applications Engineers

Maintain demonstration equipment pool

Set up and test systems prior to field use

Deliver customer training on system and software operations

Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on equipment

Deploy to customer locations for installation

Contribute to project summary reports

Prepare equipment for demonstrations

Assist with technical presentations

Manage demonstration equipment inventory

Ensure equipment is calibrated and updated
