What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma/GED, Minimum 2 years experience in general building troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, 2+ years of related work experience and technical training, Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation, Ability to follow written instructions, Ability to use computers and software programs, Ability to communicate expressively and receptively, Ability to take direction and follow instructions, Safety conscious, Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, Capable of extensive walking, Capable of climbing stairs and ladders, Lifting/carrying minimum of 75 pounds, Basic computer skills, Ability to learn new job-related software, Skilled in the use of power tools and equipment, Ability to multitask and prioritize
Nice to Have
Project Management, Construction Management, or Trade Education encouraged, 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings, 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance, Drywall and painting skills a plus
What You'll Do.
Assist with installation of supplies
Make financial decisions on assigned projects
Lead third-party vendors through audits
Assess vendor competency and reliability
Obtain job quotes from suppliers/vendors
Make business decisions based on quotes
Manage emergency contingency fund
Evaluate job sites for compliance
Ensure vendors hit key KPIs
Create reports for leadership
Responsible for assembly of non-medical equipment and furniture
Responsible for disassembly of non-medical equipment and furniture
Responsible for transportation of non-medical equipment and furniture
Supervise transportation of essential items
Supervise offloading of essential items
Supervise sorting of essential items
Relocate assembled furniture
Relocate non-medical items
Supervise maintenance on existing facilities
Assist on maintenance on existing facilities
Fix potential safety hazards
Assist supervisor in monthly joint commission inspections
Assist supervisor in quarterly quality assurance audits
Supervise vendors as needed
Supervise subcontractors as needed
