1+ years experience in events, Hands-on delivery of events, Manage events end-to-end, Budgeting and financial administration skills, Manage event budgets, Process invoices, Briefing and managing staffing teams, Managing suppliers, Managing external partners, Solid understanding of event operations, Scheduling, Site visits, On-the-ground delivery requirements, Working knowledge of H&S processes, Risk assessments, Compliance requirements, Client communication, Leading meetings, Taking briefs, Managing expectations, Excellent organisational skills, Time management skills, Manage multiple projects, Solutions-focused mindset, Adapt quickly, Communication skills, Working knowledge of Google Drive, General office tools, Flexibility to work evenings, Flexibility to work weekends, Flexibility to travel
Nice to Have
Experience on retail activations, Experience on placemaking activations, Experience on public realm activations, Familiarity with council permissions, Familiarity with licensing, Familiarity with permit processes, Basic understanding of event production, Experience supporting pitches, Experience supporting RFP responses, Knowledge of event management systems, Knowledge of project management systems
