What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in the live event production industry, Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way, Have an innovative and solution-focussed mindset, identify problems and find creative solutions, Have a understanding of technical production requirements, basic understanding of fabrication techniques, Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent, working collaboratively, willing to be hands-on, Ability to think strategically when faced with an event brief
Nice to Have
Experience in virtual events, outdoor events, large-scale events is a plus, network of vendors and venues, experience with permitting & insurance processes

Assess and manage budgets
Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
Participate in marketing meetings
Manage multiple productions

Source and secure venues and required event permits
