What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, Experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, IP addressing), Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based systems, verbal and written communication skills in English, Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Demonstrates ownership and accountability, Comfortable working in a process-driven environment, Proactive in identifying issues and seeking guidance
Nice to Have
Exposure to PKI, SSL/TLS, certificates, or security concepts, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems, Understanding of automation or DevOps concepts, Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cloud, Security), Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.)

Support onboarding of enterprise customers
Execute onboarding tasks and configurations
Participate in customer-facing meetings
Provide technical guidance
Assist in translating customer technical requirements
Ensure onboarding requirements are understood and delivered
Follow established onboarding processes
Troubleshoot onboarding-related technical issues
Maintain accurate documentation
Track onboarding activities in internal systems
Support basic automation and integration use cases
Take ownership of assigned onboarding tasks
Ensure timely and accurate completion
Contribute to process improvements
