What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, Experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers in a structured delivery environment
Nice to Have
3-5 years of direct experience, Exposure to PKI, SSL/TLS, certificates, or security concepts, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems, Understanding of automation or DevOps concepts, Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cloud, Security), Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.)

Support onboarding of enterprise customers
Execute onboarding tasks and configurations
Participate in customer-facing meetings
Provide technical guidance
Ensure successful implementation
Translate customer requirements
Collaborate with Sales Engineering
Follow established onboarding processes
Troubleshoot onboarding-related technical issues
Maintain accurate documentation
Track onboarding activities
Support basic automation and integration use cases
Take ownership of assigned onboarding tasks
Contribute to process improvements

Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Support, and Product teams; Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
