# ******Job Description Summary****** Junior Engineer will be responsible for Cabinet assembly, Modules/spare assembly , Cabinet wiring, System transactions and assemble electrical devices while they are supposed to maintain the health of tools & machinery. Candidate may also perform tests on electrical items, such as Cabinets and sub assemblies. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. # **Job Description** ## ## **Roles & Responsibility:** * Responsible for managing production no’s in Assembly, testing and subassembly of control cabinets. * Responsible to deliver product with first pass yield of : 95% or more. * Implement 1 Kaizen in safety, quality or productivity per month, also must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant. * Should be actively involved in self managed teams (HPT) * Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materials * Ability to read blueprints, BOM, Connection diagrams and specifications * Ability to learn and work on various digital tools like MES, Pro-label * Manage consumable requirement for production. Work on the cost reduction projects of consumables. * Handling customer complaints involving supply and delivery * Maintain tools & machine health * Identify and coordinate notice, input and resolution production challenges ## **Qualification:** * First Class Diploma in Mechanical / Production/Electrical Engineering, * 2-3 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of Control Cabinet assembly, modules, Cabinet wiring, trouble shooting ## **The Ideal Candidate:** * Experience in Cabinet assembly, Wiring and trouble shooting **Preferred
