Their main focus is on incident and change management to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with other teams and operates under the direct supervision of team management. _**Daily challenges**_ Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents to restore normal service. Manage incident lifecycles, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and escalate major or unresolved issues as needed. Implement changes, maintain accurate documentation, contribute to problem management, and proactively prevent service disruptions. Follow training plans, support continuous process improvement, and collaborate closely with team leads, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. _**eXperience and skills required**_ 1–2 years of IT operations or infrastructure support experience and solid troubleshooting skills. Fluent verbal and written English. Background or University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering would be an advantage.
