Full Job Description
Join Our Team as an Employment Investigations Attorney at Axiom Location: Remote We are seeking junior and mid-level Employment Investigations Attorneys to join Axiom. You will provide legal advice and support to our clients across a variety of industries, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and fostering respectful workplace cultures. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on sensitive workplace matters, conducting investigations, advising on employee relations issues, and helping organizations navigate complex employment law challenges. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: Conducting and managing workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, allegations of misconduct, fraud, workplace violence, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related matters. Independently leading investigations from intake through resolution, including witness interviews, evidence review, fact-finding, and report preparation. Providing legal guidance on employment law, workplace compliance, and employee relations matters. Collaborating with client stakeholders, Human Resources teams, compliance professionals, and business leaders to address workplace concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions. Drafting investigation plans, witness interview summaries, investigation reports, findings, and other related documentation. Advising clients on compliance with applicable employment laws, workplace policies, and HIPAA requirements where relevant. Managing sensitive and confidential legal issues for clients across multiple industries. Staying ahead of employment law developments, workplace investigation best practices, and regulatory changes to provide proactive counsel. Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, employee relations, or a related practice area. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace investigation practices
