Join us in revolutionizing customer experiences with our client, a global leader in cloud contact center software. As a Junior DevOps Engineer , you will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the development and deployment of software used by thousands of customers worldwide. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one public cloud platform. Responsibilities: * Support the management and maintenance of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. * Assist in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud services. * Contribute to the design and maintenance of GitLab CI/CD pipelines. * Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and Helm to support deployment automation and orchestration. * Write and maintain automation scripts; familiarity with Python is a plus. * Monitor system health using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). * Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices. * Communicate effectively in English with team members across India and Portugal. * Work primarily in Ind
