What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program, 0-3 years of professional experience post grad, Demonstrated expertise in SketchUp, Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials, Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards, technical drawing and detailing skills, Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities, Interest in materiality, craftsmanship, and the integration of architecture with its environment, Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization
Nice to Have
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
What You'll Do.
Prepare and develop architectural documents
and construction details using Archicad and other design software
Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to understand and adhere to project work plans and timelines
Participate in all phases of project delivery
from schematic design through construction administration
Coordinate with consultants and project team members to ensure design integrity and quality
Create presentation materials
and design drawings for client reviews
Conduct research on building codes
and sustainable design practices
Attend site visits and provide in-field support during construction phases
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
Contribute creative design concepts and problem-solving approaches to project challenges
