What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Petroleum Geology, or similar, Good understanding of data or IT, Detail-oriented, Organised, Comfortable working in a team, Communicating professionally with colleagues and clients
Nice to Have
Knowledge of wireline, MWD (Measurement While Drilling), and LWD (Logging While Drilling) logging tools and their applications, Experience handling Seismic data, Data Loading, or Data Processing, Understanding of data quality, data clean-up, and quality control processes, Familiarity with commonly used subsurface industry software, such as Petrel, Techlog, Geolog, or Interactive Petrophysics, or relational databases, Cross-discipline awareness within subsurface domains (e. g. , Geology, Petrophysics, Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Wells)
