1-3 years ELK/OpenSearch experience, 1-3 years workflow automation experience, Relational database experience, Linux comfort, Docker basics, JSON and YAML fluency, Read/modify Python/JavaScript code, REST API fluency, Git fundamentals, Structured troubleshooting, LLM API or vector DB exposure, Familiarity with common business SaaS APIs, Data-engineering/operations/analytics/security domain exposure

Identify backpressure
Identify stalled jobs

Identify schema issues
Reprocess failed batches
Support recovery from dead-letter queues
Assist with index lifecycle management
Assist with templates
Perform cluster-health checks
Support incremental changes to dashboards
Support cosmetic updates
Raise capacity concerns
Raise performance concerns
Monitor workflow failures
Triage workflow failures
Retry workflow failures
Apply changes to workflows
Update workflow templates
Refresh workflow credentials
Rotate webhook endpoints
Maintain workflow stability
Manage idempotent retry behavior
Monitor execution logs
Monitor usage metrics
Troubleshoot data ingestion
Apply configuration adjustments
Apply prompt adjustments
Track operational cost anomalies
Report operational cost anomalies
Write recovery procedures
Maintain recovery procedures
