Business-fluent German and English skills, Experience in controlling, ideally in a customer service environment, affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven work, Confident use of Excel (formulas ideally part of daily work or quickly learned), analytical skills and enjoyment of logical and structured thinking, Hands-on mentality, initiative and proactive working style, High self-motivation and ability to work independently and responsibly, Enthusiasm for tools, systems, and the development of digital processes, Willingness to learn and quickly familiarize oneself with new technologies and systems
What You'll Do.
Continuously optimize key customer service KPIs as well as reporting and controlling structures to enable data-driven decision-making
Evaluate and improve existing CS controlling processes and develop business cases for optimization
Prepare volume and cost forecasts
and continuously adjust them
Analyze operational drivers in customer service and derive measures to improve efficiency and customer experience
Ensure smooth invoicing and billing processes with service providers
and further development of CRM systems and related tools
including automations and user access management
Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of tools to increase efficiency in daily operations
