About the Role Media.Monks is looking to add a Junior Creative Producer to our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Director of Creative Production, you'll support the end-to-end production of direct response creative across paid digital channels - learning the craft of performance creative inside a fast-moving, high-output team. Responsibilities: Creative: Support senior producers in translating client briefs into clear direction for Designers and Editor/Animators across paid social and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, CTV) Learn and apply platform best practices for short-form video, static, and animation assets Assist in scoping, scheduling, and trafficking projects from kickoff through delivery Help develop pitches, treatments, and proposals alongside senior team members Support QA reviews to ensure deliverables meet client specs and internal standards Develop comfort with basic copywriting and script formatting Account support: Own task-level tracking across assigned accounts, flagging risks and blockers proactively Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, timelines, and feedback logs Support senior producers in client-facing communications, learning to represent the production POV Project management Own and maintain Asana workflows across assigned projects, keeping tasks, owners, and deadlines accurate and up to date Build and manage project timelines, flagging risks before they become problems Keep internal teams aligned thr
