JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Junior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of pro-activeness, openness to learn, and a can-do mentality and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social. WHAT YOU’LL DO Development, set-up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for our clients Designing and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization Regularly monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns, ensuring goals & KPIs alignment and client satisfaction Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plans Identifying and defining target audiences for effective ad targeting Collaborating with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos for ad campaigns Implementing and configuring conversion tracking mechanisms together with our data teams, such as pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.
