What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in sustainability, economics or similar field, Excel skills, including experience with data analysis, calculations, and structured reporting, Fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as in English, both spoken and in writing
Nice to Have
Few years of experience analyzing sustainability data, Few years of experience in sustainability reporting, Few years of experience in financial control, Few years of experience in climate emissions reporting (GHG protocol), Experience with CSRD, Experience with the EU taxonomy, Experience with ESG, Experience with environmental product declarations, Experience with ISO 14001
What You'll Do.
Collection and analysis of sustainability-related data
Reporting and control according to CSRD and the EU taxonomy
Monitoring sustainability goals and developing methods and processes
visualizing and presenting sustainability data to relevant stakeholders within NCC
Leveraging sustainability going forward
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration between employees, partners, and customers; Wide network of contacts both within the business area, divisions Stone Materials and Asphalt, as well as across the group with corresponding roles from other business areas within the NCC Group; Collaborate closely with other staff functions in both the stone and asphalt operations; Multiple points of contact; Building professional relationships
Communication Scope
Compiling, visualizing and presenting sustainability data to relevant stakeholders; Fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as in English, both spoken and in writing
