Analyzing core processes
and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
specifically focused on banks
Designing and implementing smart
and technology-driven solutions – for automation and AI – to sustainably improve performance
Assisting in preparing workshops and sessions with the client and taking responsibility for the quality of the work
Organizing internal meetings and projects
and supporting broader initiatives to further develop the team

Transformeer het operations-domein van banken door hun strategische doelstellingen door te vertalen naar ontwerpen voor business modellen en kernprocessen, door innovatieve digitale oplossingen te implementeren en door hen te helpen met implementeren . Bij Deloitte. Je ontwikkelt samen met de klant een toekomstgerichte operationsstrategie en vertaalt strategische uitdagingen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven. * Je analyseert kernprocessen, operating modellen en het bredere ecosysteem om kansen voor optimalisatie en innovatie te identificeren, specifiek gericht op banken. * Je ontwerpt en implementeert slimme, data gedreven en technologie gedreven oplossingen – voor automatisering en AI – om prestaties duurzaam te verbeteren * Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van workshops en sessies met de klant en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van het werk * Je organiseert interne overleggen en projecten, en ondersteunt bredere initiatieven om het team verder te ontwikkelen ## Qualifications Van nature ben jij oplossingsgericht met een pro-actieve houding en communiceer je effectief ideeën die probleemoplossend zijn. Maar nog veel belangrijker, jij brengt je eigen kwaliteiten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid met je mee. Verder heb jij als Junior Consultant: * Een universitair Masterdiploma met goede academische resultaten; * Nevenactiviteiten gedaan of relevante leerzame ervaringen binnen een studenten-, studie- of sportvereniging opgedaan; * Interesse in consultancy en de bancaire sector wat blijkt uit jouw studie, stage(s) en/of werkervaring; * Affiniteit en/of interesse in onderwerpen zoals procesoptimalisatie, kosttransformaties, innovatieve technologieën (zoals AI & automatisering) en operationele transformaties; * Een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift, en bij voorkeur ook van een derde taal. ## Additional Information Als (Junior) Consultant werk je in een multidisciplinair team van Deloitte om waarde te leveren aan
