1+ years of hands-on experience with cloud environments, ITIL4 certification, relevant hyperscale certifications, Kubernetes certifications, Linux certifications, Proven practical experience in Cloud operations, Proven practical experience in Incident Management, Proven practical experience in Problem Management, troubleshooting capabilities, Ability to follow instructions and operational guidelines with high attention to detail, Experience working in structured environments with staffing processes, onboarding, and quality assurance controls, Excellent English communication skills
