First professional experience or internships in customer‑facing, project coordination, sales support, or engineering roles (0–2 years), Interest in building relationships with customers and internal technical teams, Good written and verbal communication comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, Ability to learn quickly and translate information into concrete follow‑up actions, Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in business

What You'll Do.
Identify and qualify new market and customer targets to increase portfolio diversification
Manage customer relationships and satisfaction whilst ensuring existing customer diversification
Manage reporting to achieve business development targets
Promote and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
Develop and execute tailored outreach plans to engage prospective clients and partners
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal
Conduct market research to identify trends
and emerging opportunities
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the industry needs
Provide market intel / insight to internal teams to help shape future offerings and capabilities
Determine the sales price objectives according to the market's intel
Engage & build strong
trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
Represent the company at industry events
and customer meetings
Maintain ongoing contact with prospects to nurture long‑term business potential
Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements to tailor our offer precisely to their expectations
Work closely with operational teams to ensure entire customer satisfaction
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely/price competitive responses to RFQs/RFPs
Support the creation of business cases for new services
Track and manage leads/pipeline/SOI using Salesforce
data‑driven reports on progress
Meet or exceed business development targets
