Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, Basic understanding of structured and semi-structured data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, or similar, Familiarity with technical environments including SQL, scripting basics, or UNIX/Linux fundamentals, Interest in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), enterprise integrations, and technical business analysis, Understanding of secure communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, FTPS, or willingness to learn, analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills in English, Ability to follow structured processes, document requirements, and support validation activities, collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams, Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or logistics platforms including WMS/TMS solutions, Familiarity with EDI standards and transactions such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, 850 (PO), 856 (ASN), 204 (Load Tender), 214 (Shipment Status), or 810 (Invoice), Exposure to integration tools such as IBM ITX (WTX), WebSphere MQ, or integration brokers, Previous internship, academic project, or entry-level experience in IT, systems integration, business analysis, supply chain, or logistics environments
