What You'll Do.

Support day-to-day work within the client delivery team

Look for opportunities to improve efficiency through AI tools — including automating repetitive tasks and improving documentation.

Support test activities including writing acceptance criteria

and documenting edge cases.

Collaborate within agile delivery teams

learning to manage priorities and dependencies.

Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring live solutions and flagging areas for enhancement.
