* Support the sales team in contract implementation * Maintain and update databases (work orders, assets, contracts, warranties, forms) * Input, verify, and clean data (statuses, field issues, inventory) * Archive and manage internal documentation (physical and digital) * Prepare operational documents and reports * Perform periodic data cleaning and validation * Support field technicians with data entry, issue tracking, and status updates * Track equipment locations (installations, relocations, deinstallations) * Ensure data consistency across systems * Communicate with clients or their representatives to clarify work details and interventions * Send requested documents to clients * Effective collaboration with internal departments to ensure proper information flow and operations ## Requirements * Experience in a similar position is not mandatory, but represents an advantage * Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills * MS Office 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams * Microsoft Dynamics * Strong problem-solving and attention to detail * Romanian – native/fluent * English – professional working proficiency * Driving license – category B Envipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
