* Receives the approved audit plan and assigned list of branches and operational activities to be audited across Egypt from the direct manager. * Coordinates with concerned stakeholders to support the execution of audit activities and ensure availability of required information and documentation. * Prepares audit checklists and supporting documents for assigned branch audits and reviews them with the direct manager. * Conducts audit activities and performs audit testing in accordance with approved audit plans, policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines. * Measures and reviews processes and operational activities against established standards and audit requirements. * Documents audit observations, non-conformities, and operational gaps identified during audit execution. * Prepares draft audit findings and reports and discusses observations with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of the direct manager. * Supports follow-up on corrective and preventive actions agreed with branches and concerned functions. * Tracks closure timelines for audit findings and follows up with stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed actions. * Prepares audit reports and maintains audit records and supporting documentation for assigned audits. * Records audit observations, findings, and follow-up actions and updates tracking logs accordingly. * Supports verification of implemented corrective actions and reports status updates to the direct manager. * Escalates unresolved findings, delayed actions, and critical observations to the direct manager. * Communicates audit outcomes and supports continuous improvement initiatives across company branches. **Requirements** * Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist specializing in process. * Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance * Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent data collection and analysis skills * Stro
