Must Have
2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit, development, or related fields, Google sheets, G-Suite and financial modeling capabilities, Understanding of real estate financing concepts including LTC, LTV, DSCR, Cash to close, interest reserves, and capital stacks, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, Clear written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail and willingness to take initiative without constant oversight

What You'll Do.
Support execution of construction
and development financing transactions
Coordinate lender due diligence requests
underwriting packages
Assist with review and comparison of loan terms
and covenant structures
Track financing timelines and proactively identify execution risks or bottlenecks
Build and maintain project-level underwriting and capital stack models
Analyze project returns
and sensitivity scenarios
and investor packages with accurate financial analysis and project assumptions
Prepare executive summaries
and internal strategy materials
Manage financing trackers
and draw process coordination
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for lenders
and financing counterparties
Maintain organized diligence vaults and ensure timely delivery of information requests
Support long-term lender relationship management through responsive communication and execution reliability
